Services
We offer Christmas light installation, removal, in-season maintenance, and routine gutter cleaning. Website features include quote requests and blog content.

Payments
We do not accept online payments. All payments are handled manually by cash, check, or Zelle.

Warranty
We provide in-season maintenance for light installations—only if the lights are stored by us. This warranty is void if the client handles or stores their own lights.

Service Limitations

We do not operate in heavy rain, freezing temperatures, or at night.
Arrival times are estimated and may shift due to job flow.
We reserve the right to decline service based on safety or at our discretion.

Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from the use of our services.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lightz by Zack and its affiliates from any claims related to misuse of our services or website.

Dispute Resolution
We prefer to resolve issues through communication. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas, under the American Arbitration Association’s rules.
